to first determine their existing carbon footprint; then set a GHG reduction target
toward which the network was optimized.

primary European warehouses. Because of new regulations in the European market,
the company needed to disclose the GHG emissions associated with the production
and distribution of their product. LLamasoft’s technology was used to determine
the optimal location for new distribution capacity, using GHG emissions as a major
