	Donald A. Hicks is the founder, President and CEO of LLamasoft, Inc. Mr. Hicks is a leading industry visionary on supply chain strategy and technology issues and a highly sought after speaker and author. Over the last 15 years,
Mr. Hicks has personally consulted with and coached supply chain professionals at hundreds of companies around the world to optimize and improve their operations. Mr. Hicks has a BS in Systems Engineering from the US Military Academy at West Point, and an MBA from the University of Michigan

	Toby Brzoznowski is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of LLamasoft, Inc. Mr. Brzoznowski has nearly 20 years of experience in building and growing tech businesses, focused on process improvement and analysis technologies.
Toby's expertise has been applied to bringing new and advanced technologies into mainstream use at Fortune 500 companies around the world. In the last decade, Toby has been involved in the start-up of three Michigan-based technology companies. Mr. Brzoznowski is a graduate of the University of Michigan and a frequent presenter at supply chain and strategic sourcing events.

Dr. Nejat Karabakal
is the Vice President of Supply Chain Technologies. His primary focus is on the development of LLamasoft's supply chain network and inventory optimization technologies.

Nejat is a PhD and published author on Supply Chain & Operations Research techniques. He has 15+ years experience in supply chain analysis, including time with Production Modeling Corporation and IBM Consulting.

Dr. Karabakal holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI; and a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey.

Simon McCluskey
is the Vice President of Software Development at LLamasoft, where he is responsible for the development of simulation components for the company's Supply Chain modeling solutions.

Simon has more than twenty years of experience leading teams in design and development of complex software solutions across a range of computing platforms and technology architectures.

Mr. McCluskey's extensive software development and team leadership experience has leveraged advanced web and database development tools such as .NET C++, DHTML, AJAX, JavaScript, Java, SOAP, XML, ACTIVE-X, ORACLE, Microsoft SQL Server, ODBC, SQL, Microsoft Access, DAO, and ADO into LLamasoft's products.
