This course is a unique, hands-on training experience. Supply Chain Guru is reviewed in detail, for two days, with a focus on modeling techniques and supply chain analysis approaches. The course format combines informative, short lectures with a series of case studies designed to give participants confidence and skills to tackle a whole range of difficult supply chain modeling issues.
The main topics include Supply Chain Modeling, Network Optimization, Network Simulation, Manufacturing Modeling approaches and Custom Production and Inventory Planning through Guru Scripting Logic.
The cost of the course is $1600 per person. All materials are included. Laptop Required - Class Size Limited to 6
This two day training course takes participants through the more advanced simulation and optimization modeling techniques. It builds directly on the knowledge gained in the basic course, but further explores such topics as custom scripting for simulation, aggregate flow requirements and multi time period optimization techniques, and custom optimization constraints. Class participants will learn how different advanced modeling techniques can help them create highly detailed models of their supply chains.
Class instruction is fast paced, but tailored for the individual participants. The hands on instruction will ensure that each class member leaves with advanced levels of understanding of Supply Chain Guru and how to apply it to their own models.

This one day intensive overview session will demonstrate the functionality of Supply Chain Guru as a robust platform for teaching of both fundamentals and advance logistics principles. Attendees will see and participate in a model building exercises designed to show how Supply Chain Guru can be a powerful tool in academic and research environments .
