Craig Wigley is the Vice President of Employee Success for LLamasoft, with global responsibility for strategic human resources core functions including strategic talent acquisition, talent management and succession planning, engagement and retention, total compensation, leadership and individual development, and the cultivation and strengthening of company culture and values. Craig has over 25 years’ experience in diverse sales, service, operations, and human resources leadership roles across multiple industries. Craig is a certified Flippen Leadership/Behavioral Coach, providing behavioral and interpersonal relationship coaching to over 200 professionals globally. He also works with veterans and veteran groups to help members of the U.S. military transitioning to the civilian work-force. Prior to joining LLamasoft, Craig served as Corporate General Manager with Bird Brain, Inc., an importer of outdoor products for major global retailers.
