LLamasoft Named as Corp! Magazine’s 2014 Michigan’s Economic Bright Spots Award Winner
Award focuses on economic growth throughout the state
ANN ARBOR, Mich. (July 2, 2014). LLamasoft, the global leader in the supply chain design solutions, has been named as one of Corp! Magazine’s 2014 Economic Bright Spots Award Winners. The award, in its seventh year, focuses on economic growth throughout the state of Michigan.
A number of companies from across Michigan, 46 in all were included. The winners varied in size from small start-ups to organizations with workforces of thousands. The criteria for judging was based on an online questionnaire, which determined their growth over the past year as well as their economic impact on the state of Michigan.
“LLamasoft is growing at a rapid pace, not only from an economic perspective, but also our employee base,” said Don Hicks, co-founder, CEO and president of LLamasoft. “We are happy to be recognized as an economic player and an organization that is having a positive impact within the state.”
Winners of this year’s awards were featured in the May/June 2014 print and digital versions of Corp! magazine.
