Supply Chains of 2021: What could possibly go wrong?

When businesses were developing their plans for 2020, they could not have foreseen the disruptions that would occur. Now with 2020 behind us and going into 2021, many businesses have adapted rapidly but are still wondering: what else could possibly go wrong?

Dr. Madhav Durbha, Group VP at LLamasoft, a Coupa Company, reflects on the year 2020 and predictions for 2021 in the supply chain industry.
